Pre-JS Prom Post

My Mum and I went to Virgie Reyes Bridals and Gowns earlier. Wahaha! I love my gown. Cute siya. Hehe. Actually, yun yung ginamit ko nung Valentines' Party nung Grade Six pa kami. Pinarepair lang dahil yung style pa noon nung gown ko is pambata. haha XD
Tas may petticoat at shawl. hehe. I'll look like Professor Trelawney. haha! XD

Dadalhin ko ang camera bukas at magkukuha then... PHOTOSHOP! Oh yes!haha. See ya gaiz! XP

Updates

-We recently checked our preliminary exams in Statistics and guess what, pumasa ako. Haha. :D

I got a 35 out of 40 and let me tell you, this only happens when a blue moon comes by.

-I am excited! P!ATD's follow up album, Pretty. Odd., will be released in March!

-I have my dress for ze JS Prom na. XD In case may mga curious, it's of the color periwinkle.

-Just finished Here, There be Dragons last night. I loved it. Nakaka-amaze talaga. Come to think of it, naaamaze ako sa mga thoughts about dragons' existence in our world. Could they be hiding? Has someone even proved that they don't exist? Wala pa naman eh. So I'll believe na may dragons talaga. (I have 6 books which involve these fire-breathing creatures. I love dragons eh! Tulad ng iba, gusto ng unicorns. ako dragons. =)) Eragon, Dragon Conspiracy:The World of Eldaterra, Dragon Rider, Here,There be Dragons, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Dragonology.)

-This week, I'm going to finish The Little White Horse w/c was written by Elizabeth Goudge. :) If I get to finish it before Sunday hits, I'm going to proceed reading Dragon Rider. or maybe Eragon. aha.. Eragon was given to me by my ninang nung mga Xmas pa ng year 2004. Hanggang ngayon, hindi ko pa nakakahalati! SHAME! argh. haha. I've got a mountain of books to finish. ;D

-Nagspark nanaman ang love ko for Panic!at the Disco. :D

-Masarap ang Cream Cheese. :)

-Haven't watched any KHR these past few weeks. Have to watch! Aghh! TwT

-I missed CSI: Sunday. NOOOOOO.

-My Mum and I went to church earlier. Sa St. Jo. Haha I think it's been 3 years nung huli akong nagsimba dun. Wow. Haha. Grade 6 pa ako nun. Hearing the mass there was like going back to the past. Minus the tv(?) and the new chandeliers. haha. :))

-Last week, got to saw two of my old classmates. Caryl and Wilma. :)

-And most importantly, kanina sa Bridals and Gowns ba yun? hehe gomen! makalimutin ako eh. hehe. Nakita ko si Julie! I mean, pumasok sya dun para isauli yung gown na ginamit nya nung JS Prom nila. ahaha! I missed her! Julie's one of my true friends in the whole wide world. :) She's as tall as ever. :)

Accidentally in Pain

Penn sure is America's Number One Selling Tennis Ball because it's very hard, easy to hit and has a strong impact when hit by a racket. And as an addition, it might even... MAKE ME PERMANENTLY BLIND?! Anyway, this post is not about me ranting about my throbbing right eye. It's all about the accidents of February 23, 2008. Let's cut to the chase, ladies and gents.

It was morning that time and Erika and I borrowed our tennis rackets from Fordan and Mikko. We played at the field although it was still wet from the morning dew. And so, Erika started to serve. Mababa naman tapos eh tinira ko pero mali pagkatira ko. Instead, the ball hit my right eye. Oh yes, the IMPACT was STRONG and that's not the worst part. My eye was open when it got hit. 'Can this day get any worse?'

Hm. Apparently, it can.

Second Accident.

Since there were a lot of big clouds in the sky, why not play soccer? Fredez and I went to the field and played a little. Sipa, pulot, sipa, pulot. And then, when I was running, I accidentally stepped on the ball and so it rolled and as a result, I slid. At least I didn't trip. But I think I kind of twisted a leg muscle. What the. I need Alaxan.

Third Accident.

I was sitting on the floor next to my chair. I was trying to retrieve my hand sanitizer when Mikko suddenly appeared out of nowhere just in front of the room. He was playing soccer kasi and he's aiming for the back wall. When he was about to kick the ball, I looked at the pink soccer ball first then a thought came out of the blue. 'Matatamaan yata ako. I have a bad feeling. Gotta stand up.'

Too late.

Mikko kicked the ball and lookie, it hit my head! Again, strong impact, broken skull. Haha just kidding. Ansakit nanaman. Arrgh.

Fourth and Last ( Thank goodness! ) Accident

I was sitting on Karen's chair (I think?). And it was near to the door. Eh sa doorway,andun si Alvin tapos si Ervin nakaupo sa table na nasa labas ng room din. So syempre masikip di ka makakadaan nang maayos. At si Alvin, mahilig manisod yan eh. ahaha!XD

So ayun, Athena went inside pero she almost tripped dahil nga kay Alvin. Hehehe. XD

Tapos lumabas nanaman sya (Athena), tapos lumabas din ako ng room. Then kwentuhan sandali. Then I felt a sudden urge to go walling with Erika inside the room. Eh si Alvin, nakaharang yung ulo nya sa pinto, di naman entirely nakaharangan pero maliit lang yung space na pwede daanan.

So ayun pumasok ako,.. But the happenings were all too fast. The next thing I knew, I was on the floor on my knees and parang natwist yung right arm ko. Wow.What a day.

So that concludes my day of accidents. Hm, I always say to myself that everything happens for a reason. My curiousity is eager to know the reasons behind these accidents.

And by the way, I'm still worried about my right eye. What if I go blind?!! Eh di dapat I need a transplant to see again. But come on, I don't want to be like Jessica Alba. Hehe, Kelan showing ng The Eye? XD

P.S. Natouch ako sa mga kaklase ko. Maraming naging concerned and eager to help me out lalo na nung unang natamaan ng bola ang mata ko. hehehe. XD Thanks for all your concern and thoughtfulness. At wala namang may kasalanan dito. Hehe. ^^ And by the way... May isa pang aksidenteng nangyari e,. At involved dito si EDANE!!!, Miko and the "M.V.P.". Haha. Bahala na. Yung mga kasama ko lang nung naglalaro kami ng volleyball nung last week ang nakakaalam nito. Hihihi. >:D

Gratitude

Friendship is like pee in your pants. Everyone can see it's there, but only you can feel the true warmth. (unknown)


The world's big and it's simply impossible to meet everyone taking residence in this place. So that's why I am so grateful to have met some really nice people who made me feel at ease at school before when I was in Saint Jo. It's not everyday you get to socialize and bind ties with these people.


Julie's been a very great friend. She's always by my side and if my memory doesn't fail me, I think we never really had a fight. And let me tell you, I don't want to get to the bad side of her. :D


Pokemon was one of the factors that Gail and I got together close. We have similarities and we don't really have any differences. Hm, on second thought, our tastes in anime genres may contrast A LITTLE BIT. :)


Third is Levi. He may not seem to share and show his concern but I know that he cares (even just a little bit XD ). He's a good guy and I'm happy to have been best friends with him.


Luzette, Fatima, Geona, Julienne and Daniella are also really good friends of mine. We shared numerous happy memories in the past and sometimes, I wished I could use the Time Card to reverse time and go back to the less complicated days. High school is much more different than grade school, especially if you're in Regional. xP
(Well because, you all came from different schools. The others came from Bataan, some were from Zambales and mostly come from Olongapo City.)


Anyways, I want to thank some good friends of mine in RS who made my stay worth remembering for. Kahit may mga ilan na babanggitin ko na di ko masyadong kaclose, may nagawa kang nagpasaya sa akin. Sa akin na lang yon kung ano man yun! MUHAHAH! XD

Juan WANTS good entertainment

Hand me the popcorn and bring me some drinks. The war between the 2 Leviathans is as entertaining as it gets. Entertaining it may be to see them waste their time poisoning the well but don't you think this ratings manipulation issue is getting a tad bit overhand? The well would be poisoned if this continues on; Juan dela Cruz won't be able to get some fresh water from the well anymore.

Instead of expecting the next show on prime time, we see another sequel of the conflict between ABS-CBN and GMA. If this feud doesn't stop, who knows, we might even catch another sequel of the TV series, or worse, a full-length movie.

Shouldn't they be minding what Juan is craving for after a hard time at work? Shouldn't they give more importance to what Juan wants to watch while eating his favorite 'sinigang' during lunchtime rather than ranting about the ridiculous ratings? Please just give him the good Filipino entertainment he needs and he'll be eternally grateful.

Come to think of it, this ABS-CBN-GMA feud has really heated up to another higher level. Now that's what I call reality TV. Real-life catfights. Send in the ratings!

** This was all I could come up with for my oration piece (which,by the way,moved to Feb.28 instead of Feb.12). A 4-paragraph essay of pure ranting about the 2-7 feud. Haha. I guess I'd be moving back to my original topic: Anime in a Teenager's Life. Nah. I've got another one in mind and it's called ~Books: Escape Routes from Reality~. Oh yes, that's my original idea. Muhaha. I'm going to make this very interesting and I might post it here sometime. Hehe. And I wish a very very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my good friend, Gail. :) Hehe! See ya, goodnight!**

No. It's Harry, Ron and Hermione! And would you look at that, I love Rupert, Dan and Emma too! Hahaha. XD

I've been a loyal HP fan since the very beginning. I'm very thankful to my Grandma who first gave me my Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone book when I was only Grade 2!~ Yes, second grade. At first, I didn't want to read it. Well, I was 8! I haven't unlocked my passion for books yet! But when 2001 came by, I fell in love with the book. Then, November came. IT was the release of HP 1 the movie. Ayun, tuloy tuloy na. Haha.

Fave ko talagang character si Ron. Muhaha! RW Forever! XD

When Writing Becomes a Burden

I haven't started my oration piece. I haven't written my Love is a Fallacy reaction paper. I haven't got any ideas on my new fanfiction. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I haven't started my short story yet! I DONT WANT TO PAY P20 to the ones who finished their stories! Darn contract. Haha. Tapos isa rin pala ako sa gumawa ng kontrata eh noh? Let's see if irony gets the better of me in the end. Hrmphttt. Haha. Gagawin ko lahat ng yan in one night! Cap'n is on a roll. :D

INSPIRED!

I opened my Squirly-chan account and kablaaam, I got inspired. Why? I saw all the fanfics I made and everyone who reviewed my stories. I read their reviews and they all liked my stories. Ayun nainspire na akong magsulat ulit.

I definitely missed fanfiction.net. Haha. I've made very close friends there. I made a new account and my pen name is Hikari-Hibari.

Hahaha. :D Hm, next week is the deadline for our writers' association (in our class only, selected pupils. haha) to submit our short stories. I'll post mine here after I finish all five chapters. I'm warning you now, it's going to be really cheesy. XD

Movie Marathon

On Earth, everyone will hear you scream. Correct me if I am wrong. That's the tag line of Aliens VS. Predator 2, an amazing movie, by the way.

Girah, Erika, Kim, Christelle and I watched yesterday. We went in the cinema house when the movie had reached its climax. So we had to watch it all over. But I only got to watch 15 minutes into the beginning of the movie because my Mum fetched me.



Kita ba kung gaano kaikli? Hahaha!

Then we went to Images and got my hair cut. Hahaha. Shoulder-length na siya pero layered pa rin. Angcute ng pagkacurly ng buhok ko. Hahaha. :D

I want to watch Sweeney Todd but I think Times Square management would categorize it as Rater R. Hehe, And I want to watch The Bucket List. Gusto kong umiyak eh. Hahaha. XD It piqued (haha tama ba? XD) my interest, The Bucket List.

Amazing!

Now that it's the start of our 1-week vacation, I can draw and draw and draw all day long. (See the avatar below? Hehe, the Night's Only Witch. You can see the full view in my DeviantART account. ^^ ) And I can spend more time with the pen and paper. I have to start my story this week! I have toooo!

Last night I watched Amazing Race-Asia. Adrian and Collin landed on 1st place at the 11th pitstop after completing the Fast Forward, which was a pretty hard task because you had to count all the vertical struts and bars of a bridge. Marc and Rovilson settled for 2nd place though and that's still a good sign they may enter the final three.

Unfortunately, Paula and Natasha got eliminated. :( But they raced good in the entire race. ^^

Hmm, my predictions on who's going to enter the final three?

1. Adrian and Collin-They have a good strategy in every task they do and they've got the right confidence.

2. Marc and Rovilson- They're focused in whatever they do in the race.

3. Vanessa and Pamela- They've encountered a lot of sticky situations but you can see their determination and that's what's needed to get to the final three.

But who knows? Amazing twists and turns happen in the Amazing Race-Asia!
